JOHN KENNEDY MAGNUS popularly known by his stage name as MR KENDY is a fast rising Nigerian Afro Beats singer, songwriter, stage performer, Photographer, Blogger and a recording artist.

He was born in 1998 in Katsina State, Dutsin Ma katsina to be precise. Mr kendy has been doing music even right from the age nine (9).

Mr Kendy lost his dad when he was 3years old, he moved with his mum to Lagos Nigeria, were they spend over 5years they moved to Kogi, before moving to Abuja in 2007 to continue his studies at Government Secondary School Kubwa Abuja nigeria.

Mr Kendy's dad is from Imo State and mom hails from kogi state nigeria, He is the First and only son in the family.

Mr Kendy develop passion for music at a very tender age of 9, growing up he love listening to Ice Prince & Davido's songs and had all his albums.

He was always inspired and motivated by this two artists back then, he decided to pursue his musical Career with passion.

In one of his recent interview, He further disclosed that he was a huge fan of TEKNO and he never passes out on the chance to make a freestyle video or a cover for her songs anytime he releases them.
